Sales Supervisor Position

 KEDA (T) CERAMICS Co. Ltd is hiring for a Sales Supervisor in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania within the Manufacturing Industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Supervising sales activities in your assigned area.

Achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

Managing dealers, distributors, and sales teams.

Monitoring market trends and competitors.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or a related field.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the same role or related duties, particularly in building materials such as paints, tin tiles, tiles, or any customer resources in the market.

Strong communication skills, coordinating skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Dispute resolution ability. Team management skills will add value.
