Assists with bookkeeping duties such as calculating monthly office support, preparing various forms and folders for approval, and forwarding accounting documents. Assists with administration of the expense management system. Assists with disbursement and/or reconciliation of petty cash, accounts payable, employee credit cars, reimbursements, and similar issues, ensuring that proper documentation is received and is in compliance with policy. Assists with services to various finance and accounting teams performing duties such as scanning invoices and voucher data entry, entering wire transfers, and expense report processing.
