Express, Cisco Unified Communication Manager, and Cisco Utility Manager. Implement, maintain, and support IDS/IPS systems using security appliances such as Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto PAN-OS, FortiGate NGF, and other technologies. Design, deploy, and maintain IPSec & SSL VPNs for internal services and third-party connections. Ensure proper case handling and provide coaching and training as necessary. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical abilities, and the capacity to work effectively as a team member. Stay highly informed on industry best practices relevant to the role. Facilitate the purchase and tracking of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
