Directing customers to various areas/types of services based on need. To register all clients who come to receive medical care. Providing feedback to customers about various services and handling customer complaints. Ensuring that customers pay for the various services they receive. Maintaining confidential customer documents and information. Receiving feedback from customers and presenting it to the relevant department. Providing customer service at acceptable levels
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICANTS:
The salary scale for each position will be based on the National Guidelines issued in July, 2021 on how to handle volunteers in the Health Cadres. The applicant must be a Tanzanian citizen and not less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age. Each applicant is required to attach a copy of the Secondary Education Certificate and the required qualifications according to the relevant Cadre as described in this advertisement. Each Applicant must attach a copy of their birth certificate. Submission of forged certificates will result in legal action. The applicant should attach a CV showing his/her telephone numbers and addresses and those of three (3) referees. The applicant should attach two (2) passport size photographs to the application letter. The applicant should attach copies of letters from their sponsors along with copies of their NIDA ID cards. The applicant should be willing to be organized and change the work location according to the employer's needs. The applicant should be neat and have a high level of discipline. Applicants whose cadres require them to be registered with their professional boards should attach certificates of registration and active licenses for cadres that are licensed.
